Return Policy

cancellation

We accept order cancellations (within 24 hours of placing the order) before the product is shipped or manufactured. If the order is canceled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped.

We accept the return of products (cosmetics excluded). Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Purchased bras, underwear, shapewear, bikinis, bathing suits, cosmetic products and earrings cannot be returned for hygienic reasons. Please note that we do not provide any refunds for intolerances or allergic reactions. Before purchasing, please contact our support team to find out the ingredients of the desired product.

In order to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
Shipping costs will be charged to the customer at most once (including returns).

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will email you an acknowledgment of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically refunded to the payment method you used within a specified number of days.

Late or no refund (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. It often takes some time for a refund to be posted. If you have done all this and have not yet received your refund, please contact us at service@beatyclam.de
